Stock products:
1. Samples with a value of less than 10 RMB can be provided free of charge, but the delivery fee shall be borne by the buyer.
2. If the sample cost exceeds RMB 10, the buyer shall pay the sample fee and the express fee.

Customized products:
There will be a sample fee for all customized products, and the cost is much higher than the price of the sample itself, because we have to pay the workers, but also specially stop a machine to produce samples, and we have more raw materials than you have samples. For example, you only need 3 samples, but we may need to make at least 10-15 samples to complete 3 samples, so the sample fee is usually expensive. Please think it over!
If the sample is qualified, we will return the sample fee when the sample fee reaches 2% of the total order. For example, the sample fee is RMB100, and we will return the sample fee when the order amount reaches RMB5000.
